Hermès À Contre-Courant Silk Scarf 90

A beautiful vintage Hermès Carré 90 “À Contre-Courant”, designed by Isabelle Barthel and originally issued in 2005.

This distinctive design depicts koi fish swimming against powerful, stylised waves — an elegant composition evoking movement, strength and perseverance. The sophisticated neutral colourway combines soft pink, taupe, grey, brown and ivory tones, giving the scarf an understated and highly wearable character.

Crafted in France from 100% silk twill and finished with the traditional hand-rolled edges for which Hermès scarves are renowned.

Condition

Vintage pre-owned condition. The scarf is in good overall condition with light signs of previous use and slight waviness visible along parts of the rolled hem. No major damage is apparent.
